Rescuers urge citizens not to provoke fires in ecosystems! The issues of counteraction to fires in natural ecosystems is one of the important activities of rescuers SSES of Ukraine. Specialists of the rescue Service in conjunction with the police and representatives of local authorities constantly carry out with citizens informatino-roses’explanatory work. To participate in the event are also invited to attend and representatives of the media to convey very important messages and warnings to the largest possible number of the population. Rescuers remind people about the dangers of campfires in open territories and during cleaning of gardens, the burning of dry grass and debris. Employees of gschs especially emphasize the need superovulation of safety rules during a visit to the forests, because their violation may cause large-scale fires and the tragic consequences. In addition, experts of gschs and regularly conduct exercises and drills, during which work out actions on fires in natural ecosystems. So, on may 25 at the site of the Training centre of Operational-rescue service of civil protection of head Department gschs of Ukraine passed comprehensive exercises on liquidation of emergency situations connected with forest fires. The exercise was attended by the Kharkiv garrison rescuers of gschs, the Training centre of operational-rescue service of civil protection Dinakaran, National University of civil protection of Ukraine, Kharkiv regional forestry and hunting management, handlers, the National police, National guard, Border service, medicine and utilities novovodolaz'kyi district. Directly the exercise was conducted in 9 stages, to a maximum trained to respond to all types of emergencies that are possible in the forests and to involve more forces and means of civil protection. The exercise participants worked out issues of interaction between all civelekoglu services, improved practices and skills of the senior management bodies for the organization and carrying out rescue works and liquidation of consequences of possible emergency situations, protection of population and territory. In addition, to increase readiness to respond to emergency situations in natural ecosystems, Kharkov rescuers, together with experts of regional management of forest and hunting economy developed a special satin, on which were deposited all the important to save the forest about’objects: ponds, clearings, roads, water intakes, etc. Copies of this Atlas were sent to all regional divisions of gschs of Kharkiv and forestry for further work.
