In the Rivne region during a joint operation by prosecutors and fiscal service withdrew the amber worth around 1 million USD and counterfeit beverage products
the office of public Prosecutor together with other law enforcement agencies oppose illegal operations with amber and excisable goods on the territory of Rivne region. In particular, employees of the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region and tax police Main Department of State fiscal service in Rivne oblast 06.06.2016 during the authorized searches, found and seized at the place of residence and registration of the businessman of illegally manufactured alcohol products worth almost 300 thousand USD, 20 thousand dollars, documentation, 7,75 kg of illegally extracted amber. Estimated value of the seized "sun" of the stone is 1 million USD, including 1 stone weighing 1.8 kg at a cost of 375 thousand UAH. These investigations conducted in the framework of criminal proceedings, his investigators are investigating the State fiscal service under articles 199, 204 of UK of Ukraine (illegal forgery and use of forged excise tax stamps; the purchase, storage and sale of illegally manufactured excisable goods).
