Diplomas to the graduates of the Academy were presented by the Minister of justice of Ukraine Pavlo Petrenko and the head of the State penitentiary service of Ukraine Vladimir the Barbarians. 202 graduates of the Academy have received diplomas of the state sample in a speciality "Jurisprudence" with assignment of a special rank "the Lieutenant of internal service". First 13 of them, who was an honor student, has primary special rank to step up – "the senior Lieutenant of internal service". In his welcoming speech the Minister of justice of Ukraine Pavel Petrenko stressed that today's graduates will build a European standards State penitentiary service, because this is the first release in the days of prison reform. "For many years you have to lay the Foundation of a new prison service in a democratic state that values the dignity of every human being on which side of the wall she would not have been. This should restore the trust and respect of the whole society to the prison service," - said Pavel Petrenko. The Chairman of the State penitentiary service of Ukraine Vladimir the Barbarians, congratulating the graduates with the end of the study, noted that they not only received their diplomas, but to become real officers, so they took responsibility for the prison service and the fate of the entire country. Vladimir the Barbarians wished them to quickly become "peace officers" and not "war" in difficult times for the country.
