7 July at the premises of Department of information activities and public relations of the regional state administration held a meeting of the Political consultative Council under the state administration. The main task of RCC is to make proposals and recommendations to the head of the regional state administration to improve the system of control over the observance of legality, the provision of cooperation of local Executive authorities and bodies of local self-government with political parties, participation in development of drafts of normative legal acts, as well as involving the public in discussion and solution of actual problems of region. According to the Regulation on the Political consultative Council, approved by the order of Chairman of regional state administration from 30 Dec 2015 over the duration of its management team. In this regard, at the meeting, having heard the report on the work and giving him their assessment, members of the RCC decided to leave the post of Chairman of the Advisory body for the next term Vyacheslav Berezovsky. Also Vice Chairman of the Board re-elected Anton Bogachenko, and Secretary – Aleksey Buryachenko. In addition, the participants of the meeting discussed the issues of increasing the efficiency of the RCC, in particular, made a number of proposals on amendments to the Statute, regulating its activity.
