Representatives of condominiums of Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv visited Lutsk to exchange experience
In the conference hall of the Department “Center of administrative services in Lutsk” took place working meeting of the heads of associations of owners of apartment buildings of Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions with the city of Lutsk. The purpose of the meeting was the exchange of practical experience in the field of energomaterialy of apartment houses with attraction of Bank credits. The event was attended by city mayor Mykola Romaniuk, head of the Association of condominiums “Lutsk” Julia Sabatus, heads of condominiums of the Kharkov, Chuguev, Krivoy Rog and Dnepr, the world Bank and the public Association “Support”. According to city mayor Nicholas Romaniuk, this is not the first meeting with representatives of condominiums. “First and foremost, they are interested in financing condominiums from local authorities. We have considerable experience in this field, which later formed the basis of the relevant laws adopted in the Verkhovna Rada”, - said the mayor. In his address to the participants of the meeting Mykola Romaniuk said that now the luck operates 330 associations of condominiums. Residents of Lutsk began to actively unite in ajoah after the enactment of the Law in the Verkhovna Rada. Managers choose according to the principle of gender equality, many of them women. For the effective functioning of condominiums in the city Council created a Department that contributes to their creation and registration. Also created the Council of heads of condominiums. In terms of co-financing realized many interesting projects for improvement and modernization of apartment buildings and houses adjoining areas. 70 percent of the funds for these projects were allocated from the city budget. Also promising is the program financial compensation of interest on loans taken by members of the condominium for the installation of meters, metering devices, repairing roofs. City mayor Mykola Romaniuk said that the city authorities are always ready to cooperate with condominiums, and will continue to support their initiatives. “Our main achievement in this area is the understanding that the house is the property of its residents”, - he stressed.
