Pursuant to the instructions of the Prosecutor's office with Volyn temporary stay of foreigners dismissed 5 people
the Prosecutor's office audited compliance with requirements of the current legislation on administrative offences at the premises and maintenance of foreigners in the work of the Volyn temporary stay of foreigners and stateless persons which illegally are in Ukraine. Recent changes in the legislation concerning improvement of judicial protection of foreigners and persons without citizenship and the settlement of certain issues, floor’connected with combating illegal migration, regulated the order extending the detention of illegal immigrants in the temporary stay – every three months. Thus, as of July 29, 2016 in Volyn temporary stay of foreigners contained, in which PTP there was no information on the extension of the bodies concerned of the length of their stay in the institution. Forced expulsion of these persons is impossible, since the measures have not ensured the establishment of their personalities and they receive a document entitling you to travel outside Ukraine. As a result, from 1 July this year to hold these persons in PTP there was no reason and they were subject to dismissal from the institution. On this basis, the Prosecutor's office of the Director of the Volyn temporary stay of foreigners and stateless persons which illegally are in Ukraine, introduced the policy, pursuant to which p’five foreigners now PTP fired.
