Prosecutors of the region is taking measures to fill the budget of the Pension Fund of Ukraine
to protect the interests of the state Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region in the interests of the Pension Fund authorities of the region announced lawsuits against seven sub’farming Kalinowski, Kryzhopil, Mohyliv-Podilskyi, Khmelnytsky, Yampolsky areas for recovery of debt for compensation of expenses on payment of pensions assigned on preferential terms totalling more than 300 thousand UAH. It is established that the sub’objects and business that use the labor of employees, contrary to p. p. and article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On pension provision", during 2015 – 2016 did not pay the funds that shall be reimbursed to the Pension Fund of Ukraine for payment and delivery of pensions assigned on preferential terms.
