in accordance with the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 05, 2012 ¹ 1135 "On approval of the Model rules of placement of outdoor advertising outside settlements" with amendments and orders of the Chairman of regional state administration In Cows.In. 03 June 2016 No. 408 working body to organize the activities for the issuance of permits for placement of outdoor advertising outside the settlements in the region defined by the Department of international cooperation and regional development of the regional state administration. The Department has developed Informational and Technological cards of issue of permission to placement of outdoor advertising outside the boundaries of settlements in Vinnytsia region. Administrator DAC "Transparent office" transmits the documents to the Department of international cooperation and regional development of the regional state administration. For review and approval to the Department transmits copies of documents in paper or electronic (by scanning): Service of motor roads in Vinnitsa region, or to owners of highways, General Directorate of National police in Vinnytsia region, and in the case of placing of outdoor advertising on the monuments of national or local importance within the boundaries of zones of protection areas – Management of culture and arts of the state administration. After receiving letters-answers - the head of administration the decree on the granting of permission to placement of outdoor advertising outside the boundaries of settlements in Vinnytsia region and clearance by the Department of permission to placement of outdoor advertising outside the boundaries of settlements in Vinnytsia region and transfer it to the administrator to the DAC. The total number of days provided by law for issuing the authorization is 10 working days.
