Bodies of Prosecutor's office of Volyn this year presented claims for the sum over 37 million UAH.
The Prosecutor's office of Volyn protects the interests of the state and citizens, using public authority. During January-July of 2016, authorities of Prosecutor's office of area in the court before the’revealed 99 of claims in the amount of 37.3 million UAH. Contentedly and voluntarily reimbursed for cases closed funds in the amount of 8 mln. 34 claims in the amount of 34.4 million UAH. before’identified by prosecutors in the sphere of land relations, including in the interests of the state in the amount of 34.2 mln. On state and communal property this year before prosecutors’showed the claims in the amount of 1, 023 million UAH. Courts granted in the amount of 1,689 million hryvnia (including claims from previous years). For 2016, the prosecutors of Volyn made 11 appeal against illegal court decisions and definitions adopted by the court, 5 of these complaints have already met, according to their results revealed illegal allocation in area of land area of 102 ha. Amount of decisions cancelled on the complaint of the Prosecutor, is 2, 3 million. Cassation appealed one decision. Granted two of the appeal made last year. Made the entry in 10 judicial Affairs. The amount of decisions in favor of the state in these cases amounted to more than UAH 1 million. Besides, bodies of Prosecutor's office of Volyn region, protecting the interests of citizens and the state, adopt measures for timely and actual execution of court decisions on claims and statements by prosecutors. During January-July 2016 actual execution of court decisions for a total amount of 24.6 million UAH. on the issues of state ownership and communal ownership – 20.6 mln. in the sphere of land relations – 3.3 mln. in the public sector for a total amount of – 167 thousand UAH. in the sphere of environmental protection – 75 thousand UAH.
