In the Rivne region has begun work the Commission of Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations
August 15, according to the Plan of main activities of civil protection in 2016, approved by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from April 06, 2016 No. 269-R, in the Rivne region has begun work the Commission of gschs of Ukraine to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the implementation of state policy in the field of civil protection and the organization of work on technological and fire safety. The Commission is headed by Deputy Chairman of gschs of Ukraine the General-the major of service of civil protection Ruslan Beloshitskiy. For this reason the regional state administration held a meeting with participation of Chairman of regional state administration Alexey Malyarenko, acting’ligament of head of the regional Council Nikolai Draganchuk, members of the Commission gschs of Ukraine, heads of regional administrations, agencies and organizations, heads of district administrations and cities of regional subordination, and chiefs of service of civil protection region. Opening the meeting, the Chairman of regional state administration informed the members of the Metropolitan Commission with the characteristics of the region, noting that the region – a special region, as is in the area of operation of two nuclear power plants. Also in the region there are about n’atiot potentially dangerous about ' objects, 11 of which are chemically hazardous. However, local authorities together with the Main Department of DSNs and the service of civil protection developed a reliable algorithm of action that allows you in this difficult time to ensure the proper functioning of all systems of life support of the region and to keep the situation under constant control. In turn, Chairman of gschs of Ukraine told the audience about the status of fire and technogenic safety in the state. In particular, Ruslan Beloshitskiy noted that this year in Ukraine was 79 emergencies, during which 121 people were killed and 1121 a citizen were injured. Starting in 2016, the country emerged 42004 fire, which killed 946 people. Divisions of the State service for emergency situations during this period, was saved the life of 1156 people. And although, according to the Deputy Chairman of gschs of Ukraine, according to statistics, the state has a strong tendency to reduce the number of emergency incidents and the tragic consequences, but their number today is still quite significant. Therefore, the leadership of the civil service with the support of the Government of the country introduced a wide range of national measures, including those associated with changes in the legislation aimed at bringing the state civil protection, fire and technogenic safety on the territory of Ukraine to the level of developed European countries. Opportunity to the chief of GU gschs in the Rivne region the Colonel of service of civil protection Sergey Kruk urged the heads of regional departments, heads of districts and cities, heads of services of civil protection to promote the work of the Committee members and in case of violations – to respond promptly to their removal. Further, Deputy Chairperson of the Commission of gschs of Ukraine Pavlo Afanasiev presented to heads of the regional service of civil protection of the Commission, the schedule of work and areas of testing. In particular, he noted that the experts of gschs of Ukraine will work in Rivne, Ostrog, Dubno, Kostopol, Berezne, Varash, and in the Rovno, Ostrog, Dubno Kostopil, Bereznivskomu and Volodymyrets district. With the aim of establishing the readiness of the authorities and services to respond to emergencies during the inspection will be worked out appropriate practical input on about’objects of life. Will continue the work of the Commission until August 23, 2016. The results will be drafted the act, which will be submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. At the end of the meeting in the regional state administration Deputy Chairman of gschs of Ukraine the General-the major of service of civil protection Ruslan Beloshitskiy visited units of the Main Directorate of SSES, particularly in emergency and rescue detachment of special purpose, the state fire and rescue parts of the regional center, cities of Dubno and Korets, check their readiness to perform assigned tasks, and reviewed progress on about’objects of construction and reconstruction in the Rovno garrison.
