How to save on consumers introduction of tariffs differentiated by periods of time and energy to help align the daily schedule of electrical loads, according to the state energy supervision. The difference between the maximum and minimum consumption of electrical power during the day in winter in Ukraine is more than 8000 MW (Ternopil region more than 140 MW), in summer - 5000 MW (Ternopil region, more than 90 MW). This leads to a significant consumption of fuel at thermal power plants due to the need to provide a daily start-stop of about 10 units. As a consequence, the resulting fuel consumption and the rising cost of electrical energy produced. An important factor in saving energy, particularly gas and align the daily schedule of electrical loads in a night of failure is the use on boilers and heating plants of public utilities modular electric heating units with automatic regulation of the return heating-system water before feeding it into the boiler. In particular, reducing the consumption of electrical power during peak-load hours of IPS of Ukraine and increasing load on the power grid during the night hours of the day. The use of such tariffs will allow you to save money in paying for electricity, subject to the following actions: for the population: - use a higher volume of electric energy in the night hours of the day; - non-use of energy-intensive appliances in the period from 8 to 11 a.m. and from 17 to 22 hours; for consumers: - the transfer time of the work of enterprises operating in one shift, on the night of the day, for those who work first and second shift - the work shift of the second shift on the night of day; - non-use of energy-consuming equipment like heating and in technological processes in the period from 8 to 11 am and from 17 to 22 hours; - reduction of enterprises with a continuous cycle of work load in the period from 8 to 22 hours of the day. Go to the tariffs differentiated by time periods is easy - it should only refer to the electricity supply company JSC "ternopolyoblenergo" with the appropriate application. Depending on the variety chosen tariff, differentiated by time periods, consumers and communities have the opportunity to save up to 50% on payment for the consumed electric power in the hours of night minimum load of power system (from 23 hours to 7 hours).
