Compared to the corresponding period in 2015, revenues to the city budget of the city of Chernivtsi rose 251184,6 thousand UAH. or 32.5 per cent. Transfers from the state budget received 474668,9 thousand UAH. or of 61.9% to the adjusted annual figures. The city's budget. Chernivtsi (excluding the volumes of interbudget transfers) performed in January – July 2016 to 73,6% of the adjusted plan for the year (747528,6 thousand UAH.) actually received – 550319,2 thousand UAH. Relatively 01.07.2015 receipts in the city budget has grown by 176899,0 thousand UAH. or 47,4% To the General Fund of the city budget. of Chernivtsi (excluding the volumes of interbudget transfers) received 498456,8 ths. 74.2% of planned figures for 2016 (672170,0 ths.). Compared to the corresponding period in 2015, revenues increased by 166440,0 thousand UAH. or 50.1 per cent. To the special Fund of the city budget (excluding the amounts of intergovernmental transfers) received funds in the amount of 51862,4 thousand UAH. or 68,8% of the adjusted plan for the year (75358,6 ths.). Compared to January – July 2015 revenues rose 10459,0 thousand UAH. or 25.3%. Due to the General Fund of the city budget for Jan – July 2016 made expenses in the amount of 760953,4 ths. in particular, aimed at the industry: – education – 262187,4 thousand UAH.; – health – 101792,1 thousand UAH.; – culture – 16574,2 thousand UAH.; – housing and utilities – 46928,8 thousand UAH. All applications main managers of means of the city budget are financed in full. The greatest specific weight in the total expenditures is expenditures on wages with charges (44,5 %). In 7 months of 2016, to pay accrued to employees of budgetary institutions of the city aims 338530,9 thousand UAH. The calculations for the consumed budget institutions energy and utilities in the amount of 41577,7 ths. or 5.5 % of all expenditures of the General Fund budget. To cover the expense of special Fund of the city budget – the development budget in 7 months of 2016 aimed 92371,6 thousand UAH.
