In Lutsk started interactive training innovative techniques and technologies
In the conference hall of the Palace of culture of the city of Lutsk began a two-day interactive training “Strategic management and planning : a partnership of private and public cultural institutions.” This training is part of training programmes for representatives of public and private organizations whose purpose is the development of its participants in specific projects aimed at solving problems of local communities in the field of human development, including education, environment, culture and cultural industries. First welcomed participants to the head of the culture Department of the city Council Tatyana Gnativ, noting that it is planned to develop strategies that will promote the development of cultural industry of our city. First Deputy mayor Taras Yakovlev expressed his gratitude to Tatiana Gnativ on behalf of city mayor Mykola Romaniuk and the entire Executive Committee of city Council for organising the event and active cooperation. “The city of Lutsk is a network of cross-border cooperation, so we have a lot of experience in this field. On implemented more than 50 projects. The conference which we open will provide an opportunity to exchange experience and help you realize new opportunities for development of various spheres of social life of luck, including in the field of culture. All this is done to ensure that our city remains a model for other cities”, - he stressed. Lidiya Yevtushenko, a representative of the Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine noted that the most important areas of strategic development are the issues of decentralization and intercultural development of the city. After the official part, the participants moved on to discuss the importance of strategic management for the efficient functioning of public and private nonprofit institutions, identified the main policy mechanisms of local development and so on.
