At the initiative of Prosecutor's office of area information about misappropriation of lands of water Fund in the village Kalod in especially large sizes 23 August 2016 entered in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations. Now the pretrial investigation which is conducted by the investigative Department of Manevychi police Department of the Main Directorate of the National police in the area. Procedural management of investigation is exercised by Manevichy the local Prosecutor's office. Note that, according to the sanction of part 1 of article 239-2 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, for illegal acquisition of surface (ground) layer of land water resources in especially large size provides punishment till three years of restriction of freedom with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years.
