In the Vinnytsia region Prosecutor's office insists to prosecute officials who evade execution of court decisions
the Prosecutor's office revealed that officials of one of the enterprises of Vinnytsia region, which carries out the extraction of granite, having the ability to deliberately not perform the 10 decisions of the court for the recovery of debts in the budget and funds of a social orientation for a total amount of almost UAH 2 million. It is established that the management of the enterprise-the debtor, in violation of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "On enforcement proceedings", in 2015-2016 acts that hamper the execution of court decisions, including opened 7 new Bank accounts to avoid withdrawal of funds from arrested accounts of the state by the contractor. The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region on the specified fact in the Unified state register of pretrial investigations included information on signs of the criminal offense provided CH.
