Deputy Taras Gentleman introduced the present draft decision “On amendments to the Annex of the decision of Lutsk city Council No. 12/12 from 31.08.2016 “On budget rules of Lutsk city Council”. He noted that the document needs to make some adjustments. In particular, it is proposed to introduce the procedure of public discussion of city budget before approving it. The members supported appropriate changes. MPs also discussed a question “About transfer of the property acquired during the implementation of the Project “Modernization of zoos in zamo?? and Lutsk.” Head of accounting and reporting Svetlana Horai noted that he had completed the project and now need to transfer the property from the Executive Committee on balance of the enterprise “Lutsk zoo”.
