Two locals will be tried for crimes against the foundations of Ukraine's national security
the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region approved and sent to court indictments in two criminal proceedings against persons who are reasonably accused of distribution of materials with appeals to change of borders of the territory and the state border of Ukraine, incitement of national enmity and hatred, humiliation of national honor and dignity (h. h. 1,2. 110, part 1 of article 161 of the Criminal code of Ukraine). As previously reported, the investigators of regional management of SBU and authorized prosecutors of the Prosecutor's office of area by investigating the evidence against the two citizens of Ukraine – 20-the summer inhabitant of the regional center and 33-year-old resident of Novovolynsk in committing criminal offences against the foundations of Ukraine's national security and personal rights and freedoms of the individual. Pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings it is established that these persons, being at the place of residence using the computer’uterine the equipment and cellular (mobile) connection’connection, registered network accounts under aliases in a social network "Vkontakte" and placed there public calls for secession of the Eastern and southern regions of Ukraine and disparaging statements about the Ukrainian nation and the Ukrainian-speaking population of Ukraine.
