In the Rivne region Prosecutor's office due to the state budget will receive increased 100 times rent for the use of almost 60 hectares of land in
the Bodies of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region, using Executive powers, has made the adoption authority of new solutions and additional treaties, which increased to 100 times the amount of rent for the use of almost 60 hectares of land. We are talking about two land areas 21 and 37 hectares of which 1.5 million UAH, which on the basis of the order Rokitnivskogo district administration was leased to two citizens for farming. The Prosecutor's office?asuvale that tenants avoided payment of a statutory rent, because the authority has installed it without the regulatory monetary valuation of land which is a violation of applicable law. As a consequence, the state budget did not receive significant funds. Only after the response of the Prosecutor by filing in the court of claims tenants have developed a regulatory monetary assessment of land plots, approved by the decision of the district Council, and further signed a supplementary agreement, which established the rent for the land at the rate of 4 % of the normative monetary valuation of land. Thus, due to the Prosecutor's office protected the interests of the state and are in compliance with applicable law contracts for the lease of two plots of land, under the terms of which the local budget will annually paid respectively 11 and 20 thousand UAH, which is 100 times the amount of rent that was deposited earlier.
