The project "Responsible choice" within "Budget participation" has been successfully implemented in Chernihiv
Chernihiv city Council held a round table on the theme: "Responsible choices: the implementation of the project within the budget participation of Chernihiv". In 2016 in the framework of the "Budget participation", a project that calls for primary prevention of drug addiction, HIV, AIDS and crime among 8-graders of 15 secondary schools of the city, as well as a number of other events for students and teachers. The Deputy of Chernihiv mayor Oleksandr Lomako congratulated the participants of the round table with successful implementation of the project and stressed that the project "Public budget" helps the active community of the city to implement their initiatives for the benefit of society, and the city authorities help them in this. As noted by the Chairman of the Public organization "Center for prevention" Choice" Valeriy Ryabukha, a feature of the project is bringing to its implementation 33 trainers-volunteers from among social workers, students of the Chernihiv pedagogical University and cadets of the penitentiary system, and cooperation between the state and society of Chernihiv. During the round table held a report on the progress of the project and analysis of primary prevention of drug addiction, HIV/AIDS and crime. Project participants who have received theoretical training (20 hours) and held 10 hours of practical lessons among 8-graders of city schools. In General, among the 15 schools involved in the project, conducted 150 lessons of drug prevention, HIV, AIDS, and crime.
