In Rivne region business forum employment service presented the training opportunities of the adult population
October 7-8 at the initiative of the city Council and regional state administration in Odessa, exhibition complex "MTV" was held the investment forum "the Big Smooth. Invest potential." The forum was presented with the "Fair of investments and real estate," was the plenary sessions and management games. The plenary meetings discussed the state and prospects of development of investment activity in Exactly the Toolkit the development of small and medium enterprises, opportunities for Rivne business. During the business forum for the first time in Ukraine was a demonstration and practical implementation of unique methods of Vladimir Tarasov (founder of the Tallinn school of management), which is called "Managerial competition". The technique lies in improving the quality of negotiation, art of persuasion, the art of debate and the art of finding the right conversation with the needed results. The technique has a large enough number of supporters in the Eastern Europe and in the framework of the business forum it for the first time presented in Ukraine. The event was held to present the opportunities of the employment service to adult education, which was conducted by the Deputy Director of the regional employment center Andrii Hreshchuk and Deputy Director of the Rivne center of vocational education State employment service Ruslan Bodrenko.
