In the Rivne region reported suspected group of persons who robbed the enterprise and removed 10 cubic meters of chopped oak
Rivne local Prosecutor's office is performed procedural management in criminal proceedings on suspicion of a group of persons in committing criminal offense under part 3 of article 186 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (the robbery connected to penetration into the building, causing significant damage to the victim). Established in June of 2016 a group of men entered the territory of one of the enterprises. Exactly where with the help of special equipment was loaded and removed more than 10 cubic meters of pad oak. The losses of the company caused a total of about 80 thousand UAH. Collected during pre-judicial investigation, the evidence failed to establish the organizer of this crime. They found 51-year-old summer inhabitant of the regional centre which attracted to the illegal activities of two more associates and guided their actions and directly involved in the robbery and delivery of timber for storage to another company for processing timber products. Currently, all three accomplices of a criminal offense is reported about suspicion in Commission of offences in respect of them the court applied a preventive measure: one of the accomplices – detention, home arrest. At present pre-judicial investigation proceeds, its course is on control of the local Prosecutor's office in Rivne.
