In Vinnytsia region launched a pre-trial investigation on the fact of evasion from payment of taxes almost on 4,5 million UAH
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region is performed procedural management in criminal proceedings upon evasion from payment of taxes in especially large sizes for total amount about UAH 4.5 million. The offense identified during a routine tax audit of one of the state enterprises of the region. The pre-actions of officials of the specified enterprise qualified under part 3 of article 212 of the criminal code of Ukraine. The sanction of specified article prescribes punishment in the form of a fine, the amount of which may not be less than the size of the caused damages to the state, and the prohibition to hold certain posts and confiscation of property.
