In Chernivtsi, the volumes of commissioning of apartment buildings and individual housing
Inspection of state architectural-building control of the city Council informs that in 9 months of 2016 in the city of Chernivtsi commissioned with 95.9 thousand square meters of housing (for the corresponding period 2015 – 79,9 thousand sq m), which is 120,0% to the corresponding period in 2015. Of these, multi-storey residential houses, apartments and housing departments – 64,0 sq m (for the corresponding period 2015 – 53,3 thousand square meters), which is 120,1% to the corresponding period in 2015, and individual houses – 31,9 thousand sq m (for the corresponding period 2015 – 26.6 thousand sq. m), which is of 119.9 % to the corresponding period in 2015. There is a tendency to increase in volumes of commissioning as an apartment and individual residential houses on the territory of Chernivtsi.
