The Deputy Prosecutor of the Rivne region requires prompt investigation of facts of illegal alienation of property of JSC "Rivne radio engineering plant"
the Deputy Prosecutor of the Rivne region Miroslav Patskan held a working meeting with heads of managements, departments of the regional Prosecutor's office, employees of the Rivne local Prosecutor's office, General Directorate of National police in the Rivne region and heard the state of the investigation in criminal proceedings upon illegal alienation of property of JSC "Rivne radio technical plant". Participation in the meeting was also attended by former employees of such companies. They expressed concern that pre-trial investigation in this criminal proceedings and is still not completed and therefore not punished the perpetrators of illegal alienation during the privatization of state property worth over UAH 5 million by understating its value. Miroslav Patskan, having heard the explanations of police and judicial leaders, instructed to coordinate the actions of law enforcement authorities and to take all possible measures for the full and prompt investigation of this criminal offense. Now in the criminal proceedings forensic examination continues, the results of which will be made appropriate procedural decision. In addition, citizens were informed about the status of the investigation by the investigators of the police on the fact of theft of the property of the society and judicial consideration of criminal proceedings on the fact of bringing JSC "Rivne radio technical plant" to bankruptcy. The status of pre-trial investigation and trial in the said criminal proceedings remains to be on control of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region.
