Under this name from 31 October to 1 November 2016 at the National parliamentary library of Ukraine in Kiev held a two-day seminar in the framework of the Eastern Partnership Programme "Minorities and ethnopolitical issues: Belarus - Moldova – Ukraine", the organizers of which, as in previous times, was organized by the European centre for minority issues in partnership with the Office of the Ombudsman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on human rights. Seminars with participation of international experts from ethno-national issues are regularly conducted by the organizers in Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova, whose main goal - to familiarize with international experience in resolving ethnic problems in Europe and the development of recommendations for the governments of the three countries of Eastern Europe.
