In the Zhytomyr teachers competed in sports
November 2, Korosten met participants and guests of the XIII regional sports games among the teaching staff of the Zhytomyr region. The event was held in implementation of the State program of development of physical culture and sports for 2012-2016. Sports competitions were conducted in order to attract more teachers to systematic occupations by physical culture and sports, development of the most popular sports, the strengthening of the health educators promote a healthy lifestyle. The ceremony was attended by city mayor Vladimir Moskalenko, Deputy head of the Department of education and science of the regional state administration Olga Lipovetsky, the head of the Zhytomyr regional branch of the Committee for physical training and sports of mon of Ukraine Volodymyr Sink. During the day, the best athletes in the uncompromising struggle fought for the honorary title of the winners of volleyball, mini-football, table tennis, track and field, cross checkers and chess.
