According to the Perspective plan of formation of territories of communities in Zhytomyr region in the district should be formed 1 of the United territorial community – Polinski – centre in the village Polini. The creation of a United community will give you the opportunity to be independent, self-sufficient, to decide which objects primarily to build and restore", – said Vasyl nevmerzhytskiy.
