for the purpose of representation of interests of citizens or state in the administrative court of Mukachevo local Prosecutor's office appealed to court with the administrative claim on the payment, the graduates of educational institutions from among orphan children and children deprived of parental care at the expense of the institution or of the institution concerned authorities of labour and social protection of population one-time cash assistance amounting to six times the subsistence minimum for persons of age as provided for in article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On ensuring organizational and legal conditions for the social protection of orphans and children deprived of parental care". The observance of the rights of children-orphans was established in accordance with article 7 of the law of Ukraine «On the State budget of Ukraine for 2016” may 1, 2016, the subsistence minimum for one person per month for children aged 6 to 18 years of age – 1531 hryvnia. That is, a lump sum allowance to orphan children and children deprived of parental care, who graduated in 2016, must be not less than UAH 9186. Just this year, Mukachevo local Prosecutor's office announced on 9 claims in the interest of 9 children from among children-orphans and children deprived of parental care, for a total amount of 75 thousand UAH, out of which 4 is satisfied for the sum of 35 thousand UAH.
