In Vinnytsia region Prosecutor's office is taking measures to prosecute individuals for willful failure to judgment
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region established that officials of one of the farms Tulchinsky district intentionally does not fulfill the decision of economic court of Vinnytsia region in 2011, accepted the claim of the Prosecutor of Leninsky district of n of Vinnitsa, the recovery in favor of the state in the person of the National joint stock company “Ukragroleasing” 338 thousand UAH and make deliberate illegal actions with the property that is seized. C’found that officials of the agriculture of the debtor in the course of 2015 with the aim of honouring a judgment and to avoid withdrawal of funds from the arrested state executor of the accounts opened 2 new Bank accounts. It is also established that the state Executive in April this year, the arrest of the wheat crops of the debtor on the area of 20 hectares on the territory of the village Council USKO Tulchinsky district and transferred to the custody of the head of the economy, however, officials of the agriculture wheat crop is harvested, and the debt to state not extinguished. The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations brought data on Commission of officials of the agriculture criminal offenses provided by h. 3 art 382 and part 1 of article 388 of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
