In the employment centers of the region to such persons assistance in selection of suitable work according to their professional skills, knowledge, and recommendations of medical and social expert commissions and individual rehabilitation program of disabled person taking into account wishes of the individual; organise professional training, retraining and raising of qualifications of unemployed persons; providing career guidance services to attract feasible temporary employment, learn the basics of working on the computer, technology job search and self-presentation, advice on starting a business, - said, opening the seminar, Deputy Director of the regional centre of employment Alexander Ostrovsky. He drew attention to the need for close cooperation between authorities, public organizations, volunteers, relevant funds, their cohesion, the creation of a unified database of servicemen and members of their families to help the individuals in question were really efficient, targeted, effective.
