Criminal proceedings - preliminary legal qualification of part 1 of article 364 of the criminal code. As reported by the acting’ties of the head of Tyachiv local Prosecutor's office Victor Kosan, Rakhiv Department and local prosecutors handled information management Derzeitiger in Rakhiv district, on granting in property to citizens of land plots on the territory of the valley “Long”. It is established that during the 2015 - 2016 years, by order of the Chief management Derzeitiger in the Transcarpathian region in the property to individuals for individual gardening in the meadow Long outside the village of Chorna Tysa Rakhiv district was allocated 8 plots of land with an area of 0.12 hectares each, with a total area of almost 1 ha. Projects of land management on branch of these land plots in the property was agreed in the respective conclusions of management Goszemagentstva in Rakhiv district. However, Dovga mountain valley located at an altitude of over 1,600 meters above sea level, making it impossible of perennial fruit crops i.e. horticulture. Given this fact the Prosecutor's office initiated the criminal proceedings.
