Ternopil region: 22 more soldiers to assign the status of "combatant volunteer"
the Next meeting of the Commission on granting the status of combatants volunteers who protect or defend the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, took place in the Ternopil regional state administration on December 13. As a result of work considered 22 cases – all to assign the status of "Participant of military operations – volunteer". Recall that in the composition of the Commission under the chairmanship of the Deputy Chairman of the Ternopol regional state administration Yury Eureka includes representatives of the regional state administration, regional Council, structural subdivisions, as well as representatives of public organizations relevant to the volunteer battalions in the Ternopil region. The order of presentation of the documents that must be submitted to the Commission for prison the status of "Participant of military operations – volunteer": For recognition and determination of the status of the participant - volunteer anti-terrorist operation the applicants submit to the Department of social protection of population of regional state administration the following documents: - statement of the established sample (Annex 1); - two photos 3x4; - passport (copy); - certificate on assignment of registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer (copy); - the conclusion of local NGOs to participate in the protection of territorial integrity and state sovereignty in the East of Ukraine, certified by signature and stamp. - documents issued to volunteer units, which were or are the applicants; - statements of medical institutions about obtaining injured during participate in the defense of the territorial integrity of Ukraine; - other materials confirming participation in the protection of territorial integrity in the East Ukrainian state within the Russian volunteer formations (photos, videos, witness testimony and the like). Took (take) part in the defense of independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and took (take) direct participation in antiterrorist operation, ensure its implementation, being directly in the areas of the antiterrorist operation in the period from ________________at______________, it is not part of the groups stipulated by paragraph 19 of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection". 3.
