For thefts from stores on the territory of Volyn convicted three residents of Rivne region
the Prosecutor's office supported the public prosecution in criminal proceedings about a number of burglaries in the room, committed in Volyn three natives of the region. From late September to 7 December last year as acting in collusion with each one, or independently 29-year-old, 39-year-old and 45-year-old men, each of which has been repeatedly condemned, robbed shops in towns points of Lutsk and Kivertsi Volyn regions. Users shun neither money nor food. Despite the fact that for the realization of their intentions, they chose about’objects that were not equipped with security system, and "worked" always wearing gloves, thanks to the coordinated actions of law enforcement officials detained them. During the pre-trial investigation, all the defendants are sincerely remorseful. All of them were found guilty again of secret abduction of another's property on preliminary arrangement by group of persons, connected with the penetration the premise (a criminal offense under part 3 of article 185 The criminal code of Ukraine). The young attacker, which account for 10 episodes of criminal activities, sentenced to 4 years and 6 months imprisonment. The older of the thieves, who took part in 4 episodes up to 4 years imprisonment. Average, on account of which 3 theft have to serve time behind bars for 4 years and 3 months. They both court annexed to the new of the sentence not yet served time for previous convictions.
