Vinnicchina: representatives of public councils at the regional state administration and regional Council presented a Program of economic and social development of the region and the regional budget for the next year (photos)
Yesterday, 14 December 2016, the Director of the Department of international cooperation and regional development regional state administration Volodymyr Merezhko and the Director of the Department of Finance of the regional state administration Mykola kopaczewski presented a Program of economic and social development of the region in 2017 and the regional budget by 2017, representatives of the Public Council under the state administration and Public Council under the regional Council. Speaking about the Program of economic and social development of the region for 2017 Volodymyr Merezhko informed the participants about the main directions of development of regional economy, creation of conditions for functioning of enterprises of the real sector of the economy, institutions and social institutions on the basis of reforms in various sectors, development of international collaboration and cooperation to improve the conditions and standard of life of the population. Also defined the main tasks and activities for 2017, which is aimed at stabilization of work and the development of basic industries production and social sphere. In turn Nikolay Kopachevsky informed the members about the features of forming the regional budget for 2017 and presented the planned targets filling of the budget. The official noted significant changes in the budget legislation. In particular that as from 1 January 2017 will be a complete transition to program-target method of budget formation, and that the educational subsidy in 2017 will focus only on wages with charges of educators. As for the medical subsidy, then in 2017 it goes only to pay current expenses, except for payment for consumed energy and utilities, in 2016 the funds subsidy may be directed to the payment of all current expenses, in addition, provided that all protected items for another capital expenditure. After detailed presentations, participants had the opportunity in writing or orally ask questions to the representatives of the Executive branch region.
