Stepan Barna: Communities that do not learn means – depriving people of the opportunity to live in better conditions
Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Stepan Barna held a meeting with leaders of the unified territorial communities. The main issue that drew the attention of the head of the region – the necessity of development of society means. After all, before the end of the fiscal year remains very little time: about a week to complete the financing of the performed works, and this time should be used to maximum efficiency. For its part, the regional state administration created all possible favourable conditions. "From the month of may means of subventions from the state budget to local budgets for the implementation of infrastructure projects were held in communities. That is, the State has fulfilled its obligations, we, as the regional administration is constantly provided advice, helped with the organizational aspects. So there was every opportunity for these funds were aimed at solving specific problems of the residents of a particular area", - said Stepan Barna. The Chairman of regional state administration noticed that with many communities is the close interaction and cooperation. Among communities that are responsible for the organization of work and where there are no problems with the development tools: factory, Lopushanska, Husyatyn, Wasilkowska, Ozeryanskaya, Novosil and Skorecki. "The heads of communities, who worked during the year – have a real result. It is noticeable, it experience the locals. Others who have not mastered means simply deprive people of the opportunity to live in better conditions. And they should remember that they answer to keep the people of their community," - said Stepan Barna. In this meeting also participated the Deputy Chairman of regional state administration, heads of relevant structural divisions of regional state administration and regional institutions and organizations. Currently, the region implemented 194 projects of infrastructure development of communities, the implementation of which was allocated 141,55 million UAH of subventions. The vast majority of projects for the rehabilitation of roads, schools, kindergartens and educational institutions, and also objects of housing and communal infrastructure. Currently, most facilities have been completed and the procedure of their commissioning.
