Tacso local Prosecutor's office processed information on the state of compliance of the forest, land and other environmental legislation when using the forest lands, therefore, the local Prosecutor's office initiated criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 367 of the criminal code of Ukraine (negligence). It is established that one of the hunting societies provided for temporary use hunting grounds an area of about 20 hectares on the land plots of the forest Fund, which are in constant use of state forestry enterprises. At the same time, despite the fact that article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About hunting economy and hunting" (in force from 01.01.2015), which determined that the use of hunting grounds is paid, the amount and procedure of payment are determined in the contract between the user of the hunting lands and the owner or permanent user of the land on which is located the land for the relevant contract is concluded, the fee for the use of hunting grounds are not accrued and not paid, than it caused significant harm to the public interest.
