In Volyn region thanks to the principled position of prosecutors, the thief will serve his just punishment

During February 2014-June 2016 a 42-year-old man, barely freed from prison, repeatedly robbed cottages in the city of Lutsk and the village of Tarasovo Lutsk district. Did not disdain any technique or products or homemade roll’connection. When it was detained by militiamen,'he turned out to be in June of 2016 and illegally acquired 55 automatic cartridges that are kept in your own home. Thus accused the man of committing a theft, coupled with penetration into dwelling and illegal purchase, carrying and possession of ammunition (criminal offense provided by part 3 of article 185, part 1 of article 263 of the Criminal code of Ukraine). Lutsk city district court recognized the attacker guilty of these crimes, has appointed to it punishment in the form of 3 years of restriction of freedom. The court of appeal of Volyn region, listening to the arguments of prosecutors, who insisted on more rigid punishment, sentenced the thief to 3 years and 6 months imprisonment which he will serve behind bars.
