The accused approached him and began to dip his head in water – “joking”. When the victim tired and tried to fight back and get out of the water, the attacker several times, pushed her into the deep and made sure that the guy went under water. He accused the attacker of drowning victim, for which he paid with his life. Grabbing the man by the neck, the killer repeatedly plunged his head under water and held there, while also not drowned. Killer long thought about how to give the deed for the accident because of the drowning of two people one is not immediately reported, talking on the phone with the family of the victim, suppressed the fact of death, witnesses have been convinced to say that the accident happened. About the purpose of concealing the crime, and pointed out that the clothes of one of the victims was transferred to another place, therefore the search of the corpse of divers was delayed for many hours. Despite the fact that the attacker did not admit his guilt to the crime, Kovel's'kyi district court composed of professional judges and three jurors, taking into account all the evidence and listening to the arguments of prosecutors found him guilty of premeditated murder from hooligan motives and murder to conceal another crime committed by a person who previously committed premeditated murder (criminal offences stipulated by paragraph 7 of part 2 of article 115 and paragraph 9, 13 part 2 of article 115 of the Criminal code of Ukraine) and has appointed to it punishment in the form of 13 years of imprisonment.
