Volynyanin who beat a woman to death,will stand trial
the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region has sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings on inflicting a 50-year resident of the village Sadiv Lutsk district grievous bodily harm to his female partner that resulted in her death. On the evening of 05 November 2016 the man, being in a state of alcoholic SP’intoxication, during a family quarrel beat the woman, causing her to punches, kicks and sticks. From the got heavy injuries the victim died shortly thereafter. Now the attacker is accused of committing a criminal offense under part 2 of article 121 of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The further fate of the defendant, who was genuinely remorseful and actively contributed to the disclosure of the crime, the court will decide.
