Chernivtsi: the Simplified system of taxation – 2017
Chernivtsi LIGHTS draws attention that from 1 January 2017 entered into force amendments to the Tax code, as amended by the Act of 20.12.2016 No. 1791-VIII and amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On the collection and accounting of single contribution for obligatory state social insurance”, introduced by the Act of 06.12.2016, No. 1774?VIII. For I and II group of payers of single tax rates remain fixed, but will be a larger tax base. Therefore, the monthly amount of the single tax will be in 2017: * for payers, the 1st group 160,0 UAH. (1600,0 X10%); * for payers of the 2nd group 640,0 UAH. (3200,0 X20%) For payers of the 3rd group of single tax payers of a single tax rate remain unchanged: * for the 3rd group – 3% for VAT payers and 5% for VAT payers.
