For 2016, the year the budget of the capital of Bukovina received 139.4 million UAH. payment for the land, which is 43.3 mln. or almost a third greater than income 2015. As told the head of administration of local taxes Chernivtsi LIGHTS Christina Bezhenar, almost 64 per cent of the payment for the land, 88.6 mln. received the Treasury of Chernivtsi from the tenants. Most of the land rent paid to legal entities – UAH 66.8 million. Other 21.8 million UAH. paid Chernivtsi tenants of the earth – individual. Land tax to fill the budget of the city by 50.8 mln. Landowners, legal entities listed in the Treasury of 49.6 mln. and citizens – UAH 1.2 million. Please note that in accordance with the Law of Ukraine from 20.12.2016 No. 1791-VIII” the consumer price index for 2016 that is used to determine the coefficient of indexation of the normative monetary valuation of land, used with the value: • for agricultural lands (arable land, perennial plantations, hayfields, pastures and fields) ? 100 percent; • for non-agricultural land ? 106 percent.
