in accordance with the requirements of the law of Ukraine "About Prosecutor's office" from 14.10.2014, with amendments, powers of the prosecution were changed. However, despite this, citizens continue to guide the prosecution of the appeal to protect its interests and redress, the solution of which was beyond the competence of the Prosecutor's office. The deprivation of the prosecutors of the function of supervision over observance and application of laws did not affect the number of appeals received for consideration by prosecutors. In the absence of statutory authority to consider a range of issues raised in the appeals through 2016 with 8 thousand hits, which went to the Prosecutor's office of the Transcarpathian region, almost 3.3 thousand, or every third of the 5-day period mailed affiliation to the relevant body or official. The issues most often raised in the appeals were mainly related to activities of bodies of Executive power, bodies of local self-government and violations in the sphere of public utilities, services, social protection, registration of ownership to land plots, registration and so on. The main criterion of efficiency of the prosecutors on the review and resolution of complaints is the actual elimination of violations of law and restore constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens. So, from solved 4.5 thousand requests granted 84, mostly complaints on the issues of improper or prolonged pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings. Considerable attention is paid to issues of a personal reception of citizens. So, personally made almost 3 thousand Transcarpathians personally by the heads of subordinate prosecutors 514 people. In addition, the leadership of the Prosecutor's office of area carried out receptions of citizens at the place of work and residence, in places of deprivation of liberty.
