Manevichy the local Prosecutor's office has filed three statements of claim in interests CMSA and Kostuchenko rural councils manevyts'kyi district, to force the four residents of Manevitskiy to repair the damage caused by illegal felling of the forest. 18 Oct 2015 two residents of the village of Old Czartoryski illegally cut down in Kuklinska forestry state enterprise "manevyts'kyi forestry" seven dead pine trees, causing the forest damage for the sum nearly 6 thousand UAH. October 28, 2015 a resident of the village Kostiukhnivka to Ovcharkamy forest illegally cut two sororoty pine trees, causing the forest damage amounting to almost 9 thousand UAH. 2 July 2016 other resident Kostiukhnivka cut down on site Kuklinskiego forestry two healthy pine trees, causing the forest damage on more than 7 thousand UAH. All of these citizens were brought to administrative responsibility in the form of fines for illegal felling, damage and destruction of wood cultures and young growth (an administrative offence under article 65 of the Code of Ukraine on administrative offences). Now the Prosecutor's office still insists on their compensation of damage caused to forest their illegal actions.
