11-12 January in Chernihiv povodilschika the assessment of the competence of heads of secondary schools, their deputies and heads of kindergartens who are qualified in the current year according to schedule. This event is the first time in the city and imposed by the Department of education of the city Council. As explained by the Deputy head of education – head of Department of development of the school and extracurricular education Department of education city Council Faith Casimir, a comprehensive evaluation is carried out in the context of assessment 2017. This, in her opinion, will contribute to a more objective assessment of the heads of educational institutions during the completion of the next appraisal. Of course, will take into account the experience of educators. According to information training and methodological center of the Department of education of the city Council, which conducted a comprehensive evaluation, heads of educational institutions make tests on educational theory and perform practical exercises on the computer. The tests developed by the staff of the Department of education and contain questions on knowledge of the Law "On education" and "regulations on General educational institution, the administration, the basic principles of pedagogy and psychology and issues of safety. - Goals are very clear, conventional, because the school leaders in their daily work write reports, orders, participate in webinars, so the possession of a personal computer is very important and necessary thing, - said Vera Casimir. Faith Casimir also noted that the Department of education tries to attract new forms and methods of work to prepare educational personnel to work in the current situation: "This practice is introduced for the first time in our city, however we do not stop and will continue to use new, more advanced, forms of work". She also recalled that in the summer of 2016, the education Department is holding an open competitive selection for the post of teachers in General educational institutions of the city.
