Over 25% of babies that were born in the Vinnitsa Central regional hospital,will receive the certificate directly at the maternity hospital
With the aim of creating favourable conditions aimed at simplifying access of citizens to administrative services on the state registration of birth of the child, to the order of the Ministry of justice of Ukraine from 26.08.2015 No. 1593/5, in the Vinnitsa Central regional hospital introduced a new service. He suggests the adoption by employees of the division of state registration of acts of civil status of the Vinnytsia district Department of justice of documents required for state registration of birth and issuance of birth certificate of the child. With this question the officers of the Department for state registration of acts of civil status of the Vinnytsia district Department of justice is an exit reception of citizens in the Vinnitsa Central regional hospital (Khmelnytsky highway 92) on 1st floor: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday from 09-00 to 10-00 hours. The issue of a certificate of birth is produced: the documents adopted on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday — on the same day from 16-00 to 17-00 hours. Also the statement about state registration of the birth may be submitted within one month from the date of birth of the child (article 144 of the Family code of Ukraine) directly to the Department of state registration of acts of civil status of the Vinnytsia district Department of justice (Vinnytsia, vul. Zamostyansky, 7) or to the Executive Committee of the Board of agriculture at the place of registration of one of parents. More than 25% of children receive evidence directly to the hospital.
