According to the petition, agreed Mizhgirya Department of Khust local Prosecutor's office, two previously convicted residents of the town. Migr’and I, who are accused of committing a robbery, the court elected a measure of restraint in form of detention without determining the amount of bail. So, at night, 14 January, damaging axe by the front door, the attackers entered the house where mother –the pensioner with the daughter. Beating women and damaging furniture, the young people stole money and gold jewelry for the sum of 2 thousand hryvnias. The adopted law enforcement measures quickly established and detained the attackers. Now the detainee it is declared suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense under part 3 of article 187 of the criminal code of Ukraine – a robbery connected into housing, other room or storage.
