During practical part of the exercise, the fighters of service of rescue has demonstrated to others the main way of providing assistance to a person who fell through the ice. How to practice rescue from the icy water of the "victim" was observed by the students of Higher vocational school of Lviv state University of life safety, the fishermen, who at that time was fishing, as well as ordinary residents of the city. According to the plan of the demonstration exercises first rescuers helped the man who fell through the ice. To do this, the divers of rescue group of a special purpose of GU gschs of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region used special equipment, among them a lifeline, the end of Aleksandrova, a device for rescue of people on water "straw" as well as the means at hand. Usually they can be used by people who were bystanders of hit man under the ice. In turn, the physicians of "101" in practice, demonstrated how quickly and correctly to provide first medical assistance to a person who became a victim of his own carelessness, and also gave expert advice on how to avoid winter hypothermia and frostbite. In General, before revealing exercises from GU gschs in Vinnytsia region involved 10 rescuers.
