In the Vinnytsia region, condemned of fraud
Vinnitsa city court supported the position of the state accuser of Prosecutor's office of area and found the fraudster guilty of committing crimes under part 2, 3, 4 St. 190 criminal code of Ukraine. It is established that the accused in 2011-2014, under the pretext of assisting in the acquisition of property a roguish way took control of funds of citizens for a total amount of 2 million 425 thousand UAH. For Commission of the specified criminal offense fraudster sentenced to imprisonment for a period of 10 years with confiscation of property.
