In the Volyn oblast residents of Manevitskiy punished for illegal forest felling
the Court approved agreements between Manevitskiy local Prosecutor's office and three residents of Manevitskiy agreement on recognition of guilt in the committing of illegal felling of the forest (a criminal offence under article 246 of the Criminal code of Ukraine). 2 Nov 2016 17 - and 18-year-old residents of the village of independence and the 21-year-old resident of the village Berezhnytsia of Manevychi district illegally cut down in Troyanovsky forestry State enterprise "Horodotska forestry" 5 the pines, causing forest losses of more than 38,5 thousand UAH. In approving agreements, the court appointed two adult men punished with a fine in the amount of UAH 901. everyone, and minors-in the form of a penalty of 850 UAH.
