In the Rivne region, the Prosecutor's office insists on the detention of 4 suspected of committing armed assault and a premeditated murder of the inhabitant of the village Liukhcha
Prosecutors Rivne region provides procedural guidance pre-trial investigation of the facts of Commission of assault on two residents of the village Liukhcha Sarny district, and premeditated murder of one of them. Previously it is established that 28.01.2017 close to the local shop in the village Liukhcha four unknown men carried out an armed attack on two local residents, and took their package with amber weighing 8 lbs. During the robbery one of the assailants fired a shot from a firearm and fatally wounded farmer. The latter died in the ambulance. On a scene called police officers who in the course of implementing the plan "Interception" detained malefactors "without delay" in the village Barmaki, Rivne district. The last, and they turned out to be 5 (all the residents of the Zhytomyr region), were in the car "Fîrd" in the territory of one of the gas stations. The attackers seized 4 weapons and ammunition, as well as 8 kg of amber stones. As investigators, the police in coordination with the procedural head in criminal proceedings it is reported about suspicion 4 persons in committing criminal offense under part 4 of article 187 UK of Ukraine (robbery), of which 1 person more is reported about suspicion in Commission of crime under part 2 St. 115 criminal code of Ukraine (premeditated murder). An investigator for the court filed a petition, consistent with the procedural head in criminal proceedings, on the election of all suspects of a measure of restraint in form of detention. The pre-trial investigation the Prosecutor's office of Zhytomyr region are being monitored. Reference: the sanction of part 4 of article 187 provides penalties of imprisonment for the term from 8 till 15 years with property confiscation; - sanction of part 2 of article 115 provides for punishment with imprisonment for the term from 10 till 15 years or lifelong imprisonment with property confiscation.
